My calling to become a fitness trainer aligns directly with my calling to serve our country: helping others. At a young age, fitness became an anchor in my life. It was something I could always lean on through even the darkest times.
Despite my love for fitness, however, I was falling short of my full potential. Early on, I lacked the guidance I needed to reach my peak. Days in the gym were defined by ego lifting with no nutritional discipline whatsoever. That was until I combined structure with a relentless search for vetted fitness knowledge.
